Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability to write reports and solve complex problems.
• 3.5 years of IT experience in systems analysis, design, security and/or network infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise hardware and operating systems, including Windows Server and AD.
• Knowledge of virtualization, backup/restore and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain servers, storage systems and backup/restore functions.
• Provide support for email systems and Windows Server with Active Directory.
• Assist in project work and statewide IT initiatives; provide technical guidance to staff.
