Job summary

Jabil provides technical support to end-users for PC, server, hardware, and software applications. This role supports a new factory startup and works with IT leadership, facilities, vendors, and manufacturing teams during startup and steady-state operations.

The candidate will engage in imaging, AD administration, and frontline incident management while adhering to SLAs and KPIs in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting factory/startup environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load and verify software packages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.
• Install and configure PCs and peripherals.
• Administer user accounts using Active Directory.
• Provide phone-based or remote support for offsite users.
• Support IT infrastructure during factory build and ramp.
