Job summary

Thorne is seeking an IT Support Technician II/III in Summerville, SC, within the Information Technology department. The role covers troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues and involves escalating unresolved problems while maintaining high service levels.

The candidate will support enterprise systems, warehouse devices, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure uptime. Training is provided; 9am-5:30pm schedule, with 30-day ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience, with 1 year in Level 2 Support.
• Familiarity with device management tools (NinjaOne, Intune).
• Experience with Okta, Entra and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Serve as an initial escalation point for unresolved technical problems in the help desk.
• Provide advanced support for enterprise-level systems and applications.
• Support warehouse scanners, label printers, and other hardware.
• Develop and refine help desk procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and executives.
