Thermo Systems is seeking an entry-level IT professional to support users and clients, and to maintain the enterprise IT infrastructure. You will provide Tier 1 responses, assist with laptops, software, hardware, and network connectivity, and help ensure smooth IT operations.

The role emphasizes proactive customer care, adherence to site standards, and a professional demeanor. 0–3 years of experience and CompTIA certifications are preferred, with up to 20% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 0-3 years of industry experience expected.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 IT support and respond to user requests.
• Support enterprise IT operations and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues; configure laptops and workstations.
• Test, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Provide onsite IT support to customer systems.
