Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician II/III to join our Summerville, SC team. You will provide hands-on technical support to end users and resolve Level 2/3 issues across a Microsoft environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and software, manage endpoints with Intune and Active Directory, and assist with workstation imaging, deployment, and ongoing endpoint support. Onsite presence in Summerville is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Level 2/3 help desk/desktop support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11.
• Strong troubleshooting and clear end-user communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Summerville, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 Help Desk and desktop support to end users
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft Intune for endpoint/device management
• Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and access through Active Directory
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, VPNs, and network connectivity
• Handle escalated tickets and work through issues from diagnosis to resolution
• Assist with workstation setup, imaging, deployment, and ongoing endpoint support

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Level 2/3 Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
• Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Summerville, SC
