Job summary

ISU Research Park is seeking an IT Support Technician II to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems while delivering excellent end-user service.

This role supports the organization’s technology infrastructure, resolves issues, manages user accounts and permissions, and collaborates with the IT team on projects, with occasional travel and flexible hours to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Assciate degree in IT, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT technical support experience.
• Proficiency with hardware, software, and networking basics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and devices.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues for end-users.
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
