Job summary

Beehive Industries, located at our Centennial, Colorado facility, is seeking a Facilities Operations Technician to maintain and improve building systems and production support infrastructure. You will perform advanced preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure uptime.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or high-reliability environment,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, construction, or related hands‑on experience
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting facility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed gas, or mechanical systems
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs with a high degree of independence
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or high‑reliability facility environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations
• Perform advanced preventative maintenance, inspections, and corrective maintenance on facility systems and production support equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, and compressed gas systems with minimal supervision
• Perform fabrication, installation, and repair work on building systems including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, lighting, flooring, walls, and structural components
• Support maintenance and optimization of facility equipment including chillers, compressors, generators, CNC support systems, and additive manufacturing equipment
• Perform and lead routine and complex inspections of buildings and equipment, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions
