Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an IT Support professional to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across enterprise IT environments. You will assist with Windows, Office 365, Entra ID, and device management while maintaining asset records and documenting solutions.

Located at the Centennial, Colorado facility, the role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience providing technical support in a corporate IT environment preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot workstation, application, peripheral, and network-related issues.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist users with Windows, Office 365, and enterprise software applications.
• Manage user accounts, access requests, and endpoint configuration activities.
• Troubleshoot and report network issues with Systems and Infrastructure teams.
• Support Entra ID, Endpoint Management, and device management technologies.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and hardware lifecycle management.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices in knowledge repositories.
• Coordinate escalated issues with internal IT teams and provide timely follow-up.
