Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide advanced Tier I/II technical support for complex hardware, software, network, and user access issues. You will troubleshoot escalated problems, support deployment and lifecycle management of devices, and administer Windows, Office 365, Entra ID, and Endpoint Management to keep systems secure and highly available.

You will document processes, mentor junior staff, and partner with infrastructure, security, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years in IT support, desktop support, or systems admin roles with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with enterprise IT environments and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier I and II technical support for complex hardware, software, network, and user access issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across enterprise IT systems and services
• Support deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Administer and support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Entra ID, Endpoint Management
• Troubleshoot networking issues and improve system reliability
• Manage user accounts, device configuration, and security controls
• Serve as escalation point for unresolved issues
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and SOPs
• Assist with IT process improvements and workflows
• Support remote infrastructure teams with onsite troubleshooting
• Manage IT asset tracking and lifecycle activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for engineering/manufacturing applications
• Provide guidance to junior IT staff
• Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to improve user experience
