Job summary

FIT Technologies is seeking a TSS Technician I to provide technical assistance to clients, onsite or remotely in the Toledo, OH area. Under supervision, you will build client relationships, install and maintain desktop hardware and network gear, and perform routine maintenance to meet SLAs.

The role requires a basic understanding of Windows, TCP/IP, and Microsoft 365, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANS).
• Familiarity with network-based OS deployment.
• Professional, reliable, positive demeanor.
• Knowledge of Windows versions, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization and detail orientation.
• Ability to communicate technical information to clients.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document steps in a ticket system.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Install, maintain, repair desktop hardware and network gear.
• Maintain daily service calls and meet SLA targets.
• Perform routine maintenance per standards.
• Perform software/hardware upgrades.
