Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CompTIA+ certificate preferred.
• One year of helpdesk or related computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to hospital staff, onsite and remote.
• Assist with password resets for AD and other hospital systems.
• Manage and track work orders and tickets.
• Monitor systems and email/voicemail for issues.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform shift duties and routine system maintenance.
