Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for gaming, POS, and property management systems
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and document resolutions
• Maintain security and backup procedures for application systems
• Assist with software/hardware installations and upgrades
• Participate in on-call rotation (nights) as required
