Job summary

Hard Rock Digital in Austin (and Toronto) is seeking an IT Support Technician I to join our fast-paced IT Support team. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS, manage user accounts in Azure AD, and own the full ticket lifecycle in HaloITSM.

The role is onsite with a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days on site weekly, and offers remote-working options and a collaborative, sport‑and‑gaming focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or help desk.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Comfort supporting the full Microsoft 365 suite — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with HaloITSM or similar ITSM platform.
• Familiarity with Slack for daily communications.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing tools, priorities and processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS environments.
• Support endpoint peripherals including monitors, printers, and conferencing devices.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in HaloITSM from intake to closure, meeting SLAs.
• Assist with MFA enrollment, password resets, and access management.
• Manage user accounts and license assignments in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
