Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is recruiting an IT Support Technician I to join the Austin team. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS, support endpoints, and manage user accounts in Entra ID/Azure AD.

You’ll own the full ticket lifecycle in HaloITSM, contribute to onboarding/offboarding workflows, and assist with MFA enrollments and access provisioning. The role is onsite hybrid in Austin with 3 days on site, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct, hands-on IT support experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD — user management, groups, and licensing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with HaloITSM or similar ITSM platform.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows/macOS and M365 apps.
• Support endpoint peripherals including monitors, printers, and video conferencing devices.
• Reimage devices, perform OS resets, and refresh cycles as needed.
