Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, or similar role.
• Experience supporting IT in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, systems, and application issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Set up and deploy new IT equipment for employees.
