Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years IT support experience in a Microsoft environment.
• 2- or 4-year degree in CS or IS preferred.
• Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+ or MS) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT Service Desk to resolve user issues in offices.
• Document solutions for knowledge base articles.
• Adhere to ITSM processes for incidents, requests and tasks.
• Provide on-site and remote user support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve issues.
• Assist international users with network and file access.
• Support technology services in the Baltimore, Bethesda and Tyson's Corner offices.
