Proactive Technology Management is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our remote-friendly team. The role emphasizes strong customer service, multi-environment support, and progressive responsibility from technician to consultant based on performance.

You will work a hybrid schedule, with most troubleshooting handled remotely and opportunities to engage with larger clients as you grow your skillset. 4+ years in Tier 3 or specialist roles preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Office 365 and Windows Server experience.
• 5+ years firewall troubleshooting experience.
• 5+ years Network Setup experience (APs, switches, firewalls).
• Extensive experience leading migrations.
• Extensive virtualization and networking knowledge.
• Above-and-beyond customer service

Responsibilities

• Set up customer networks from cloud to keyboard.
• Perform Windows Server installations and configurations.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with clients during weekly and on-site visits.
• Support a Monday–Friday schedule with periodic Saturdays.
