Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist users, analyze and resolve complex IT issues, and provide training on hardware, software, and networks.

Under direct supervision, the technician will maintain systems, document projects, and stay current with technology trends while delivering professional guest service and supporting a high-noise casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years IT support experience.
• Or 18 months as Desert Diamond Casino IT Intern while performing all essential duties.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and obtain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provides user support for hardware, software, network, and telephony systems.
• Performs problem solving and routine maintenance with independent judgment.
• Documents projects and writes user instructions; maintains maintenance records.
• Maintains knowledge of current tech trends and communicates effectively with users.
• Delivers in-depth technical assistance and training to end users.
• Contributes to a collaborative work environment and team goals.
• Performs other duties as required.
