Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support to PRC and related PDC entities. You will triage tickets, support teams onsite and remotely, and maintain hardware and software services across property systems to ensure high availability and security.

Responsibilities include provisioning user access, installing desktops and POS devices, updating OS and applications, and assisting with multiple ERP and gaming systems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 0-3 years experience in technical support or equivalent schooling.
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, POS and peripherals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage AD and application user access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain desktops, laptops, POS devices and peripherals.
• Install and update OS for Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android.
• Troubleshoot MS Office and related business applications.
• Develop scripts for automating tasks and reports.
• Support operation systems and multiple gaming/ERP applications (Oracle Simphony, Infor ERP, VMware Horizon).
• Protect Pechanga assets by applying security best practices and patching.
• Handle on-site and remote support requests and triage tickets.
