Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Update systems and maintain patch levels.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WiFi, etc.).
• Troubleshoot issues remotely, over-the-phone and on-site.
