Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support and customer service to staff.
• Learn deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with workstations, printers, and telephony.
• Document recurring issues and communicate solutions.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and reports.
