Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Support Technician for a contract position with a Major Energy Company located in Charlotte, NC. This role serves as the first-line responder for resolving technical end-user issues, with an emphasis on first-call resolution and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of IT support experience and familiarity with Windows 10/11, M365/Office, and desktop applications (Intune, Adobe).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience.
• Windows 10/11 experience.
• M365/Office familiarity.
• Intune and Adobe desktop applications experience.
• Hardware support for laptops and printers.
• Self-starter able to work without immediate team support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first-line responder for end-user issues.
• Focus on first-call resolution to resolve issues during the initial interaction.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Escalate issues to tier 2 support and other teams as needed.
• Contribute to the IT Service Desk Knowledgebase.
