Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking an in-person Help Desk Technician to be the first line of support for employees across onsite and remote channels. You will handle hardware, software, access, and app support, escalating complex incidents to specialized teams as needed.

You will collaborate with end users, peers, and senior IT teams, document guidance, manage Active Directory/Entra ID, and configure devices. Prior enterprise experience and strong Microsoft 365 knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user issues independently.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users with timely updates.
• Knowledge of cloud identity services and Active Directory/Entra ID with documented resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first line of support for end-user hardware, software, access, and application issues across onsite and remote channels.
• Provide deskside and remote IT support, including new-hire setup and coordination of on-site incidents.
• Identify, triage, and resolve workstation, OS, peripheral, hardware, software, and application issues.
• Monitor and resolve tickets across enterprise queues, meet service levels, document work, and coordinate coverage.
• Escalate to specialized teams with detailed notes and context when needed.
• Share troubleshooting guidance and maintain repeatable processes for team consistency.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID/M365.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, phones, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support conference room setups, A/V equipment, and collaboration tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
