Job summary

VulcanForms is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician with a strong background in delivering exceptional IT service and end‑user support. The role supports 24/7 manufacturing operations and provides end‑to‑end lifecycle support for employee technology, including onboarding, device provisioning, software installation, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, asset management, and secure device recovery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of end-user tech support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of IP networking concepts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–3 end-user support for hardware, software, network, and endpoint issues.
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, inventory, deployment, maintenance, recovery, and disposal.
• Configure and support workstations, devices, and peripherals for new hires and ongoing operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues via on-site and remote support.
• Maintain printing solutions and AV/video conferencing systems across locations.
• Support network-connected production equipment with engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
