Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. in Devens, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to provide hands-on technical support for Production teams.

You will help with project implementations, process development, commissioning and troubleshooting of post‑process equipment, and data collection to drive improvements. The role requires 3+ years in a hands-on manufacturing role, strong manufacturing knowledge, and experience with new process/equipment deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Experience supporting deployment of new processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support improvement projects to enhance product quality and scrap reduction.
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
• Collaborate with Production Associates to resolve methods, tooling, equipment, and design issues.
• Apply data-driven root cause and corrective action tools to drive solutions.
• Assist in product cost reduction initiatives.
• Promote safety by identifying issues and following company safety policies.
