Job summary

American Structurepoint, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to independently resolve complex endpoint, application, Microsoft 365, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and connectivity issues.

This role helps with escalated tickets, supports other IT Support Technicians, and contributes to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across IT Services. You will own complex issues, communicate clearly to non-technical users, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for multi-system issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows workstation environments and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to support engineering applications and determine issue origin across application, endpoint, network, and infrastructure.
• Effective ticket ownership, prioritization, documentation, escalation, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, endpoint, peripheral, printing, workstation configuration, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and intermediate VDI issues.
• Independently troubleshoot Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, and other engineering applications, including licensing and configuration.
• Use logs and structured methods to identify root causes across multiple technologies.
• Own complex and escalated tickets through resolution and maintain documentation.
