Job summary

American Structurepoint, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to resolve complex endpoint, Microsoft 365, and VDI issues, and to support escalated tickets while contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing across IT Services.

This role requires collaboration with application, infrastructure, and other IT teams, participation in on-call rotations, and occasional travel to other offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience solving escalated technical issues in a professional environment.
• Ability to support Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam engineering applications.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.
• On-call rotation willingness and travel to other offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, endpoint, and connectivity support.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and intermediate VDI issues.
• Independently troubleshoot complex engineering applications, including licensing and configuration.
• Own complex and escalated tickets through resolution and document actions.
• Collaborate with IT teams when escalation or cross-team coordination is required.
• Assist with knowledge sharing, onboarding, and training as requested.
• Participate in IT Services on-call rotation and office moves.
