Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support in a professional environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system issues.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, VDI, networking, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, endpoint, peripheral, printing, and connectivity support.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and VDI issues.
• Troubleshoot engineering applications (Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam) including licensing and configuration.
• Use logs and structured methods to identify root causes across multiple technologies.
• Own escalated tickets through to resolution and document solutions for knowledge base.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users; maintain professionalism.
• Collaborate with IT teams on escalations and cross-team coordination.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist with office moves and special projects.
