Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent
• 1–3 years supporting desktops and laptops across Windows/Mac/Linux
• Knowledge of software licenses management is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide tech support for desktops and laptops (Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
• Support printers, multifunction devices, and tablets
• Set up new devices and decommission old devices
• Troubleshoot and support software and web applications
• Manage and track Department software licenses
• Maintain IT inventory of hardware and software
• Perform basic server updates and AD group maintenance
• Troubleshoot Ethernet and WiFi networks on devices
• Support conference and classroom projectors and AV equipment
• Assist users with Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings
