Job summary

Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, seeks a dedicated Computer Support Technician to join their IT Services team supporting the Corporate Office.

The role focuses on supporting B2B applications, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining Trading Partner documentation. Requires high school education, two years of post-secondary tech education, Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Two years of post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform support and maintenance to ensure B2B applications support business requirements for legacy and Oracle Cloud environments.
• Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop proficiency in AS400 navigation, mainframe navigation, Oracle Cloud, EDI standards, and Trading Partner setup with training.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all components related to Trading Partner relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional support.
