Job summary

TECEZE in Kentucky is seeking a hands-on desktop and end-user IT support contractor. You will troubleshoot LAN/WLAN, DHCP, VLAN, and Wi-Fi issues, assist with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot, and support printers and RF scanners in a highly automated warehouse environment.

This 4-month contract, on W2, offers a $4,500/month salary with extension potential. Schedule runs Monday to Saturday 3 PM–1 AM, with occasional Sundays as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide desktop and end-user IT support in a warehouse setting.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DHCP, VLAN and Wi-Fi issues.
• Support printers (Zebra/HP) and RF scanners.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune/Autopilot for device management.
• Communicate clearly and deliver strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Provide desktop and end-user technical support
• Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DHCP, VLAN, and Wi-Fi issues
• Basic experience with Microsoft Intune / Autopilot
• Troubleshoot and maintain PCs, workstations, monitors, keyboards, and printers
• Experience with Zebra and HP printers
• Configure and maintain RF scanners
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when needed
• Support IT equipment in a highly automated warehouse environment
• Deliver strong customer service and technical problem-solving
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have

• IT/technical support experience in a warehouse environment
• Knowledge of Manhattan WMS or other Warehouse Management Systems
