Job summary

Keytel Systems in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking an L1/L2 IT Support Technician to join our team. You will troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and network issues to get clients back to work quickly and gain exposure to a variety of technologies.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems
• Use backup and recovery tools and perform basic firewall administration
• Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols
• Manage client requests using CRM and ticketing systems
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits
