Job summary

Keytel Systems, a Reynoldsburg-based IT services provider, is seeking a hands-on L1/L2 IT Support Technician to join our team in Reynoldsburg, OH. This role offers exposure to a variety of technologies and real-world challenges within a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

You will troubleshoot PC hardware, OS, networking issues, and provide excellent customer service while advancing your IT career through teamwork and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on PC support experience.
• Microsoft 365 (Office 365) experience required.
• General knowledge of PC hardware, cloud services, networking and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems.
• Use CRM and ticketing systems to manage client requests.

What You\'ll Do

• Troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems
• Use backup and recovery tools and perform basic firewall administration
• Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols
• Manage client requests using CRM and ticketing systems
