A leading education institution is seeking an IT Support Professional for their St. Cloud campus, providing essential technical support and enhancing multimedia interaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with device management technologies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support faculty, staff, and students effectively.
The University of Minnesota Medical School is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative IT Support Professional to provide comprehensive technical support for our St. Cloud campus, as well as support across our multi-campus environment. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our device management, supporting our multimedia spaces and Zoom technology, serving as a key liaison for AI and cognitive computing initiatives, and working closely with simulation and curriculum teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the technological needs of our faculty, staff, and students.
This position is based on campus. Per UMN policy, work may be done remotely when appropriate and approved by your manager. All UMN employees are expected to follow applicable public health and safety procedures.

Founded in 1888, the University of Minnesota Medical School has three campuses. A four-year MD program and the MD/PhD program are located on the Twin Cities campus in addition to MD programs at regional campuses in Duluth and St. Cloud.
Pay Range: $31.25 -$33.65; depending on education/qualifications/experience
