The University of Minnesota Medical School is seeking an IT Support Professional to deliver technical support for the St. Cloud campus. The University of Minnesota Medical School is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative IT Support Professional to provide comprehensive technical support for our St. Cloud campus, as well as support across our multi-campus environment. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our device management, supporting our multimedia spaces and Zoom technology, serving as a key liaison for AI and cognitive computing initiatives, and working closely with simulation and curriculum teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the technological needs of our faculty, staff, and students.
This position is based on campus. Per UMN policy, work may be done remotely when appropriate and approved by your manager. All UMN employees are expected to follow applicable public health and safety procedures.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $31.35 - $33.65 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience
