Job summary

Acutec Precision Aerospace, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware and software issues, set up computers, and assist employees and customers with IT-related problems.

Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software to ensure usability, repairing or replacing damaged hardware, upgrading software for security, testing new tools, and serving as the first point of contact for IT concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least two years related experience.
• Experience in IT troubleshooting and support.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic networking knowledge and hardware/software maintenance.

Requirements
