Job summary

Addison Group in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a senior IT leader to guide a 2–4 person Support team on the West Coast, handle level III escalation, and drive hiring/onboarding for junior staff. Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT support with progression to senior/lead roles.
• Advanced skills supporting Mac environments.
• Advanced Google Workspace administration.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration platforms such as Okta, Jira Service Management, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to improve IT operations.
• Experience hiring, training and onboarding new hires.
• Dynamic, professional, well‑kempt and customer‑service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2–4 person IT Support team on the West Coast.
• Serve as escalation point for the techs; manage hiring, onboarding and performance feedback for junior staff.
• Support and optimize Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, MDM, Okta, and Microsoft Office.
• Environment is ~90% Mac / 10% Windows; provide remote and local office support as needed.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve help desk operations and support AI platforms.
