Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in IT support serving internal customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred; other degrees with compensating experience acceptable.
• Experience meeting and exceeding customer service SLAs and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user accounts and access across systems.
• Install/configure servers, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor systems, backups, and security.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and on-call rotations.
• Support Office 365 and network printers.
• Create user documentation and procedures.
