The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Microsoft products, Windows computers, Microsoft 365, email administration, mobile devices, printers, basic networking, and general office technology. Some basic knowledge of servers and network infrastructure is preferred.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping employees, and keeping company technology organized and operational.
