This internal opportunity supports the Technical Assistance Center with systems administration and 2-tier user support, including incident intake, classification, troubleshooting, and appropriate escalation.

CJIS clearance is required, and on-call work is expected. The role emphasizes customer service, Windows 11 expertise, Active Directory, and desktop productivity tools.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge and experience of customer service principles.
• Knowledge and experience working with Windows 11 operating systems.
• Ability to analyze and trouble-shoot computer related problems to a general area such as desktop, network, hardware, and software.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Oracle database account administration.
• Knowledge and experience working with desktop productivity applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
• Ability to process information logically and solve problems independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
