Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead, coach, and manage a remote team of IT training and application support specialists.
• Coordinate team schedules, assignments, workloads, and performance expectations.

IT Training & Application Support
