Job summary

Qualifications

• Current ESU student in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, or programming concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light equipment between campus locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic coding and programming tasks as assigned.
• Support network-related activities, including setup and troubleshooting of devices.
• Provide audiovisual technology (AVT) support for classrooms, meetings, and events.
• Help with installation, maintenance, and configuration of computer hardware and software.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, mail distribution, run errands.
• Assist IT staff with ongoing projects and technical initiatives.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when providing support.
