East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Computing and Communication Services Student Worker to assist with IT support and administrative tasks on campus. The role offers hands-on IT experience, helping with daily operations, troubleshooting, and departmental projects.

Responsibilities include basic coding tasks, network setup and troubleshooting, AVT support for classrooms and events, hardware/software installation and maintenance, and general administrative duties.

• Current ESU student in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, or programming concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light equipment between campus locations.

Job Summary:

The Student IT Support Assistant provides support to the Computing and Communication Services Center byassisting with a variety of technical and administrative tasks. This roleoffers hands-on experience in information technology, supporting daily operations,troubleshooting, and departmental projects.

Additional Information:

• $15.00 hourly pay
