You will provide second-level support for applications and hardware, train attorneys and staff, and participate in hardware/software updates. In-office only, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET; base salary range is $70,000–$80,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of user support experience; law firm experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Windows and other core applications.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with clients, attorneys and staff.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment; flexible for extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as second level IT support for users locally and firm-wide.
• Provide support for applications and hardware, including video conferences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; document and track progress for timely resolution.
• Provide desk-side training to attorneys and staff on IT tools and processes.
• Assist in hardware or application pilot updates and deployments.
• Ensure visibility and support during outages by touring floors and assisting users.
