Job summary

Handshake is hiring an IT Support Analyst to deliver an exceptional technology experience for a distributed workforce. You will handle Tier 1–2 issues across hardware, SaaS apps, identity systems, and collaboration tools, while improving onboarding, security, and internal processes.

You will support remote and hybrid employees across time zones, automate routine tasks, and contribute to IT projects. This role offers growth within a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support experience in SaaS/startup environments.
• Experience supporting macOS; Windows experience is a plus.
• Hands-on with Google Workspace, Slack, Okta or similar identity providers.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across hardware, SaaS apps, identity systems and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a focus on an excellent employee experience.
• Support remote and hybrid employees across multiple time zones.
• Escalate complex issues and own tickets through resolution.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding workflows and access management.
• Help administer endpoint management platforms and software provisioning.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest automation opportunities.
