Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for a W2 contract in San Antonio, TX. On-site weekdays with weekends remote, 9am–6pm shifts. The role covers end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and AV equipment, along with software/apps like Bloomberg terminals.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and assist with onboarding and asset management. No degree required, ITIL/industry certs encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support across multiple devices and platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management processes.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user IT support via phone, email, and desk-side interactions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, VDI/Citrix, Zoom, and BitLocker issues.
• Log and manage incidents in ServiceNow within SLA targets.
• Administer user accounts and security groups in Active Directory.
• Identify and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues and DNS/DHCP problems.
• Assist with onboarding, asset tracking, and hardware setup.
