Job summary

Voicemod, a remote-friendly tech company, seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide reliable, secure IT experiences for all staff from day one. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, inventory, licenses, and security practices across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.

You’ll collaborate with People, Workspace, and Engineering teams, coordinate with external vendors, and help maintain our Valencia office network while supporting international staff remotely.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in IT support or similar roles.
• Experience managing SaaS/identity platforms and device management tools.
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees via ticketing system (Jira).
• Own onboarding and offboarding IT experience, including device setup and access management.
• Manage IT equipment lifecycle: purchasing, repairs, disposals, and shipping for international staff.
• Maintain IT inventory with up-to-date records in Jira.
• Administer SaaS and identity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password).
• Keep devices secure: antivirus, disk encryption, MFA, and password management.
• Maintain on-site Valencia office network and hardware infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchases and service providers.
• Maintain clear IT documentation and runbooks; seek process improvements.
