Job summary

Boiling Point is seeking an IT Associate to provide day-to-day technical support across our restaurants, corporate office, and staff. You will handle tickets, POS support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT, basic hardware knowledge, and strong customer service skills. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment is key; Mandarin Chinese is a plus and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in information technology or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and operating systems.
• POS systems knowledge is a plus.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
• Background check and employment verification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees and restaurant locations.
• Review, prioritize, assign, and respond to incoming IT support tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; maintain documentation for tickets.
• Provide POS support for NCR Aloha; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with software installation, updates, and basic configuration.
• Provide hardware support and setup for computers, peripherals, and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist with store hardware.
• Provide remote and on-site technology setup and network troubleshooting.
• Develop or present basic company-wide computer safety trainings.
