Ideal candidates have an associate degree in IT or related field and 1+ years in a help desk or IT support role, with familiarity in Microsoft 365 administration and networking basics.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years in technical support or IT help desk encouraged.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and user account management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve daily technical support requests (desktops, VoIP, printers).
• Troubleshoot and communicate clearly throughout the support process.
• Aid in onboarding/offboarding and workstation setup.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
