Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk or similar role required.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS, networking basics, and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support via in-person, phone, email, or remote assistance.
• Manage support requests with a ticketing system and prioritize issues.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment.
